What to expect from Malaysian food?

What to expect from Malaysian food???

If you never heard anything about Malaysian food you might not be able to answer that, but don't worry because after you read this post you will know the answer.

First, let me tell you something about Malaysia. Malaysia is geographically located at 3°08′N 101°42′E. This location has made Malaysia located near the equator line which separate earth north and south. And because of that Malaysia has a tropical climate. As a result, Malaysia got a warm and humid temperature that is perfect for plants to grow.

A tropical climate is just perfect for some great spices and herbs. These herbs and spices are so great and delicious that they are the main reason why Europeans came here decades ago. These fantastic spices will give a great and unique taste that is not available anywhere else. Great spicy and rich taste maybe one of the greatest strength of Malaysian food.

The greatness of Malaysian food is also affected by the its culture. Malaysia is a place where many culture meet, it is affected by British culture from when England came and colonized Malaysia. Not only affected by European culture, but Malaysia is also affected by Chinese and Indian culture because of the foreign trading that occurred for decades. This rich cultural diversity again has affected the taste of Malaysian food, making it more complicated and unique.

So, from Malaysian food you can expect deep, rich, spicy, and strong flavors from Asia’s best herbs and spices. Expect some multicultural flavors, Chinese, Indian, and European. From Malaysian food, expect greatness.
